Wake me up, when October ends.

10 days.

possibilities of warmth are now gone, and the chill of winter is on the horizon. Skies turn grey, and people turn inward, both physically and mentally.

My sister Angeline (Anjechi) & My niece Evelyn (Evie) got on a flight heading to Cochin today morning; to visit our Mother. She will return in TEN DAYS,… but someone else is coming along with her. MOM!

Mom is planning a trip to Bahrain (to visit Dad) in a couple of weeks (I wasn’t told about this up until recently. Then again, I don’t really care about people who fail to understand me). She decided to tag along with my sister to Bangalore & have a final look at her “beloved” son.

I’ve written something about my Mom before. Please read them if you are curious about why I quoted the word “beloved” . They are, Taking care of Mom & *Good* ol’ Mom both posted in July of 2007.

I’m starting to miss Anjechi & Evie already! & today was even a holiday too…

Who now has no house, will not build one (anymore).
Who now is alone, will remain so for long,
will wake, and read, and write long letters
and back and forth on the boulevards
will restlessly wander, while the leaves blow.
-Rainer Maria Rilke (Title: Autumn day)

See you later everyone, I’ll be back when life gets some crackers going on. Peace out.

Ruben is really bored. So you can email him by clicking here. He usually gets back in 3 minutes or it could take up to 3 weeks depending on how addicted he is, to stumbleupon.  Been a little busy for a while, so I'm averaging about a blog every 2 moon cycles. If you are lucky, you'll get to see a new blog entry and know what I'm upto. And when you are here, just let me know by leaving a comment.

I wish I would be around to read your words about this in another 20 - 25 years. As a mother and grandmother, I recognize your anguish. this, too, will pass.

I’ve been on vacation if fire torn Southern California. My family was spared, and even better, we spent the entire time at the beach.
